I am Arun Gupta. I am an estate planning attorney in Atlanta, Georgia. Most of my work is revocable living trusts — helping families make sure their wishes are protected and their people are taken care of.
I got into this work because I believe estate planning is one of the most personal things an attorney can do. It is not about documents. It is about sitting across from someone, hearing what keeps them up at night, and building a plan that lets them sleep.
When you work with me, you get me. Not a paralegal. Not an associate. I handle every meeting, every document, every detail. I know my clients by name, and they know they can call me.
I am a member of the State Bar of Georgia. I live in Atlanta with my wife and three children. When I am not practicing law, I am probably at a school event or coaching a game.
